We proudly ship all orders from our warehouse in Waco, TX. All orders are trackable with the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

When your order is completed, please allow 1 business day for order processing. Production times range from 3 - 5 business days based on the availability of the item.

All packages MUST be opened and inspected at the time of delivery. Notations MUST be made on the delivery receipt if there is any suspicion of damages, in order for us (The Perry Company) to be able to file a claim.

Concealed damage claims can only be filed within 5 business days of the delivery. The consumer needs to open and thoroughly inspect the item or items within 2-3 business days to ensure that we have the time to gather information and process a claim for reimbursement on the damaged delivery.
